All other gauges work properly.

Ok, then it is not a fuse problem. If it were a fuse, or other power supply issue, then nothing would work in the instrument cluster. This is most llikely a failed printed circuit board in the cluster itself. The other thing it could be is a problem with the ECM (engine computer). What you should do, is to see if your Jeep dealer or local garage can connect an older style scan tool and see if the ECM is displaying engine RPM and vehicle speed. If it is, then the problem is with the cluster. If it is not, then the problem is with the ECM. From my expeience, this will most likely be a cluster problem, and you can remove it and send it out for repair through the dealer's parts department, or try to find a facility that can repair it for you.

these details will help
thanks.
